Thanks for purchasing our products at Kai Jewel!
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return / exchanged, please send an email to Support@kaijewel.in with the following details - Customer Order ID , Product to be returned/exchanged.
A convenience fee of INR 100 (One Hundred Rupees only) will be deducted.
All complimentary accessories, which encompass but are not restricted to the box, presentation box protector, jewelry cleaner, certification card, and any other gratis items, must be returned in reusable condition. Damaged/Missing items will incur a replacement fee.

Damages and issues
For any issues with defective, incorrect, or missing items, we provide a gift card, rather than a refund. Please note that an unboxing video is required for all claims related to missing, defective, or incorrect products; claims without an unboxing video will not be processed. For any defect-related issues, please contact our customer service team within 2 Days of receiving the product.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.
Refund Policy
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
