How to track my order status?

Will I receive a call before order delivery?
In order to make your delivery experience great and perfect we have partnered with the leading shipping companies in India. Our courier partner will send a text message once your order is out for delivery.
Can I change the address after placing the order?
Kindly note that once the order is placed and processed, we won’t be able to change the address. We will do the best we can to change it and help you out, however, please note it is not an assure service. We can put a request with our delivery partner, but the execution depends on them. So, in case you have got a wrong address or pin code and want to change it, we request you to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to help you.
How much time will it take to deliver my order?
Since we have partnered with the leading logistics companies in India, we ensure easy and timely delivery of your order. We take about 48 hours to dispatch your order, once it is confirmed. How long does it take for my order to get shipped?
We usually ship out our orders within 2-3 business days (except Sundays and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification via text message regarding details of shipping partner and tracking ID. Do I have to pay shipping charges?
No! We offer free shipping to customers across India.
Return, Replacement and Exchange
What is the refund procedure for returned order?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
For Cash on delivery (COD) orders you’ll receive a NEFT/RTGS from our end to complete the refund.
How can I exchange/replace my jewellery?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancellations and Modifications
How to cancel/modify my order?
To cancel/modify your order, kindly email us email@example.com along with your Order ID & contact details used while placing the order. Also, kindly note that once the order is processed at our end, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
What is your cancellation policy?
We allow cancellations only before the order has been processed from our end. Once the order has been processed/ dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
Payments and Refunds
The amount got deducted, but I haven’t received the order confirmation. What shall I do?
Once the payment is done, give 10-15 minutes to receive an order confirmation through email/text message. In case you do not receive any confirmation within 24 hours, please reach out to our support through Email/Chat and we will happy to assist you.
Also, in case the amount is debited and we have received it at our end, we will create your order manually and ship it out. In case the amount has not been credited at our end, the payment gateway will reverse the amount to your payment source automatically in 5-7 working days.
Are there any extra charges other than what is shown on the website?
Not at all! All prices shown on the website are inclusive of taxes. What you see is what you pay.
How can I make a payment for my order at Kai?
We accept all major modes of payments including credit cards, debit cards, cash on delivery (COD), net banking, UPI, and so on. However, we do not accept any international cards. In case you have additional queries, feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will I receive a payment confirmation for my order?
Ideally, you should receive an order and payment confirmation via email and text message within 5 minutes of completing your payment. However, at times your order doesn’t get synced. In such cases, it may take up to 24 hours to receive a confirmation.
However, in case you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, there is a possibility that your order might have not been created due to technical errors. In such cases, drop us an email at email@example.com with the details of the order and payment and we will get it resolved. Don’t worry we have got your back!
What is your Cash on Delivery (COD) limit?
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services on orders below INR 10,000.
I have returned an order recently. Where will I get the refund money for my returned order?
In case it is a prepaid order, you can avail the refund to your source account. Kindly note, in case of COD orders, you can avail the refund in the bank account of your choice and we will be reaching out to take this input from you.
Once the refund is initiated, how long will it take for the refund to reflect in my account?
All refunds are initiated within 48-72 hours of return pickup, from our end. In case it is a COD order, you will receive a pay-out link for your inputs and the amount will be credited immediately once your input is received. In case of prepaid order, it takes 7-10 days for the amount to be credited to your account post refund initiation.
Is Kai jewellery made of pure silver?
All Kai Jewellery is made of pure sterling silver (92.5% Silver).Every piece of jewellery comes with a 925 stamp and an authenticity certificate. This is to assure you that you are buying a high-quality product.
Will my ordered jewellery match the jewellery shown on the website?
We have done our best to ensure that the images on our website are representative of how our jewellery looks. However, a few designs may look a little different because of lighting. In case you feel that your ordered jewellery doesn’t match its image on the website, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org
